Shipping Policy:

We ship all retail orders via USPS ground shipping. Orders are generally processed and shipped no more than 2 days after the order is placed. However, please note that all custom products take time to craft from scratch, and may take up to two weeks to complete. You will receive an email when your order is processed and again when your order is shipped for you to track.

Return Policy:

Our customers satisfaction is very important to us. All returns will need a return authorization number. To receive this number simply call our customer service line at 1-781-588-0746. We do not accept clearance, special sales items or custom product orders for return. Return shipping fees will also not be reimbursed on returnable items. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all authorized returns.
